Upon arrival, each guest will attend a welcome cocktail reception introducing you to Janice Briggs and the very talented faculty she brings to the retreat. The days will include discussions with the faculty on a series of mind, body and spirit subjects. Revitalize yourself through a balance of activities including the integration of cooking, fitness, wellness and yoga classes. Packages start at $7,850 to $15,900 per person, excluding airfare. Gourmet meals included.
